Williams returned home after graduation after earning a bachelor of Science degree with honors from Florida A & M University, (Tallahassee, Florida), and a Juris Doctor Degree from Texas Southern University, (Houston, Texas). Returning in 1994, he practiced in the Bay Area with another local firm before embarking on his own practice in 1997.
